                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE
                   CITY ATTORNEY TO INITIATE FORECLOSURE
                   PROCEEDINGS ON A DEED OF TRUST EXECUTED BY
                   H. BILL J. HIGLEY AND JAMES THOMAS, III FOR
                   THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA,
                   RELATIVE TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1403
                   CHAMBERLAIN AVENUE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of the City Attorney be
       and is hereby authorized to initiate foreclosure proceedings on a 

       Deed of Trust executed by H. Bill J. Higley and James Thomas, 
III,
       for the benefit of the City of Chattanooga, relative to property
       located at 1403 Chamberlain Avenue.
